摘要
介绍了回风巷道超前支架架型及应用现状,分析了不同类型超前支架适应的巷道条件,在此基础上,针对新源煤矿回风巷超前支护问题,设计了适应该矿的特种强力左右两架一组超前支护支架,最大支护距离达41 m,支护高度为1.85~3.70 m。该支架采用φ250 mm双伸缩立柱,设计有初撑减压装置,符合"先柔后刚,先让后抗,柔让适度,稳定支护"的理念;前后架顶梁间有导向梁,辅助前架移动;2 m长的补强梁结构,可有效增加支护能力;设计多级伸缩梁结构,整组移架,能有效减少支架对顶板的反复支撑次数。
        The paper presented the type and application of the advanced hydraulic support used in the tailentry, and analyzed the tailentry conditions for various advanced supports. After that, in view of the advanced supporting problems in the tailentry of Xinyuan Colliery, a special powerful advanced support was designed, two supports on left and right side served as one set. The maximum supporting distance was 41 m, the supporting height was 1.85 ~ 3.70 m. The support was characterized by φ 250 mm double telescopic column and initial pressure relief device, which was in line with the concept of "allowance of moderate deformation and guarantee of ultimate supporting strength and stability". In addition, a guiding beam was designed between the top beam of the front and that of the rear frame so as to assist the front frame to move; a 2-meter-long reinforcing beam effectively enhanced the supporting capacity; a multi-stage telescopic beam effectively reduced the repeated supporting times of the support toward the roof on the whole set of support moving.
