摘要

创新是社会发展的不竭动力,创新型国家从很大程度上取决于创新人才的教育质量,高职院校作为我国创新人才发展的培养阵地,构建创新创业人才培养新模式是高职院校发展的新方向。本文通过分析高职院校创新创业人才培养现状,提出了高职院校在创新创业人才培养中的问题做出了相应的对策,希望能够为高职院校创新创业人才培养模式的构建提供思路。
        Innovation is a driving force of social development,the development of innovative country lies in educational quality of innovative talent.As the cultivating talent place,higher vocational college should set up new talent cultivation model of innovation and entrepreneurship.By analyzing the current situation of talent cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship of higher vocational college,some strategies are put forward to provide thinking path for establishing talent cultivation model of innovation and entrepreneurship of higher vocational college.
