摘要

为贯彻落实中央关于调整运输结构和增加铁路运输量的决策部署,沈阳局集团公司积极探索提升运输能力,降低物流成本,优化产品供给的举措。概述沈阳局集团公司铁路集疏港运量现状,针对其存在的集疏港基础设备设施建设与经营管理有待加强、集装箱铁水联运对接市场有待深入、铁路营销队伍能力有待提高等问题,提出积极推进港口改革与建设、积极推进铁水联运改革、积极推进营销体系建设等提升铁路集疏港运量的对策,加快推进我国运输结构调整,降低物流成本,减少环境污染。
        To implement the decision of the central government on adjusting the transport structure and increasing railway freight volume, Shenyang Group Company actively explores measures to improve the transport capacity, reduces logistics costs and optimizes product supply. This paper outlines the current situation of the volume of railway cargo collection and distribution ports of Shenyang Group Company and the existing problems, such as the construction and management of basic equipment and facilities in railway cargo collection and distribution ports needs to be strengthened, the docking market of container rail-water inter-modal transport needs to be deepened, and the capability of railway marketing team needs to be improved, etc., the paper puts forward some countermeasures for raising the traffic volume of railway cargo collection and distribution ports, such as actively promoting the reform and construction of ports, the reform of rail-water inter-modal transport and the construction of marketing system, so as to speed up the adjustment of transport structure, reduce logistics costs and reduce environmental pollution.
