摘要

系统性硬化症(systemic sclerosis,SSC)累及肠道时可导致假性肠梗阻(intestinal pseudo-obstruction,IPO),临床上较少见,易误诊。本文报道1例患者的诊治过程,以提高对该病的认识,降低误诊率。
        Intestinal pseudo-obstruction( IPO) caused by systemic sclerosis( SSC) is a kind of clinical relatively rare and easily misdiagnosis disease. One case was reported to raise awareness of the disease and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
