304不锈钢等离子溅射渗Ce渗层分析

摘要
采用双层辉光等离子渗金属技术将金属Ce渗入304不锈钢。用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、X射线衍射仪等方法研究了渗层截面形貌、成分、组织结构,渗层表面形貌、物相分析等。对双辉不锈钢渗Ce试验过程进行了分析,解释了CeCrO_3形成原因。分析了Ce、Cr、C、O等元素的交互作用及对元素含量分布的影响。发现了距渗层表面25μm处Ce含量最高,并通过分析Ce、Cr元素的相互作用解释了该现象的原因。解释了渗层表面Ce的转变过程:Ce→CeO_2→Ce_2O_3→CeCrO_3。
        Cerium was metallized into 304 stainless steel by double glow plasma technology. Section morphology,composition,structure of infiltration layer and morphology,phase analysis of surface of infiltration layer were analysed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analyzer and X-ray diffraction. The process of infiltrating Ce into stainless steel,the reason of forming CeCrO_3 and migration of Cr were explained. The highest Ce content is found at 25 microns into layer surface,and the causes of this phenomenon is explained. Transformation process of cerium on the diffusion layer surface can be explained as Ce→CeO_2→Ce_2O_3→CeCrO_3.
