中国老年人抑郁和生活满意度现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的:了解中国老年人抑郁和生活满意度情况,分析其影响因素。方法:利用2015年"中国健康与养老追踪调查"数据,分析全国28个省市及自治区的7 037名60岁及以上老年人抑郁和生活满意度量表得分状况及影响因素。结果:老年人的抑郁量表得分为(19.44±6.75)。性别、年龄、居住地、婚姻状况、如厕方式、社交活动、听力状况、近视力状况、远视力状况、日常生活活动能力(ADL)和睡眠时间是老年人抑郁的影响因素。老年人生活满意度的得分为(2.64±0.79),整体对生活较为满意。年龄、婚姻状况、如厕方式、听力状况、近视力状况、远视力状况、ADL得分和睡眠时间为影响老年人生活满意度的主要因素。结论:机体健康状况、生活自理能力及社会经济状况均对中国老年人抑郁情况及生活满意度有影响,应采取综合措施,减轻老年人身体病痛,改善其社会经济水平,从而改善老年人精神状况,提高其生活质量。
Aim:To understand depression and life satisfaction of the elderly in China,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:The scores of depression and life satisfaction scales of 7 037 people aged 60 years or older from 28 provinces or municipalities or autonomous regions based on the data of " China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study" in2015 and influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The elderly's depression scale score was(19.44±6.75).Gender,age,place of residence,marital status,toilet style,social activities,hearing status,near vision status,distance vision status,activities of daily living(ADL) and sleeping time were influencing factors of depression in the elderly.The elderly were satisfied with life overall and life satisfaction score was(2.64±0.79).Age,marital status,toilet style,hearing status,near vision status,distance vision status,ADL and sleeping time were the main factors affecting the life satisfaction.Conclusion:The health status,self-care ability and socioeconomic status have impact on the depression and life satisfaction of the elderly in China.Comprehensive measures should be taken to alleviate the physical pain of the elderly and improve their socioeconomic level,thereby improving their mental status and quality of life.
