聚驱后油藏超高相对分子质量聚合物驱油技术

摘要
河南油田已实施聚驱的开发单元中,共有18个区块已经转入后续水驱,聚合物驱后油藏仍然具有一定的潜力,进一步提高聚驱后油藏采出程度具有重要意义。根据河南油田生产需求,通过室内实验筛选评价了多种聚合物产品,实验结果表明:超高相对分子质量聚合物的增黏性以及黏弹性明显优于普通聚合物,其在地下渗流过程中具备更高的流度调整能力及驱油效率,聚合物驱后注入超高相对分子质量聚合物,可再次提高采收率10.5百分点。通过油藏数值模拟方法优化设计出最佳聚合物驱注采参数,并在下二门油田进行了15口注入井、36口采油井的超高相对分子质量聚驱现场应用,现场效果表明:超高相对分子质量聚合物驱技术可以作为聚驱后油藏进一步提高采收率的接替技术进行推广应用。
        Eighteen polymer-flooded blocks of Henan Oilfield have entered the follow-up water flooding stage, there still exists a certain potential to be exploited for the polymer-flooded oil reservoir, so further enhancing the produced degree of this kind of the oil reservoir possesses very important significance. According to the production requirements of the oilfield, with the help of the laboratory experiments, many polymer products were selected and evaluated. The experimental results show that the increases of the UHMWP viscosity and viscoelasticity are obviously better than those of the ordinary polymers, and moreover this kind of polymer possesses pretty higher fluidity adjusting ability and oil displacing efficiency in the process of underground flow, the injected UHMWP after the polymer flooding can further enhance the oil recovery by 10.5 percentage points. With the help of the reservoir numerical simulating method, the optimal injection-production parameters of the polymer flooding were optimized, and moreover the UHMW polymer flooding was applied in 15 injecting wells and 36 producing wells in Xiaermen Oilfield, the field effects show that the UHMW polymer flooding technique can be regarded as the replacing technology and generalized for further enhancing the oil reservoir recovery after the polymer flooding.
