安徽省临床医学学术学位硕士研究生培养现状的调查与分析

摘要
目的:调查临床医学学术学位硕士研究生培养现状,分析培养过程中出现的问题,为提高临床医学学术学位硕士研究生的培养质量提出对策。方法:选择安徽省4所医学高等院校的临床医学学术学位硕士研究生为研究对象进行问卷调查及问卷数据分析。结果:临床医学学术学位硕士研究生培养过程中存在生源质量不高、学生科研参与度低、科研成果产出少但质量相对较高、导师指导不多、科研环境不好、学生认为就业前景不乐观等。结论:国家应提高临床医学学术学位的地位,吸引更多优秀生源;加大投入,提高保障体系;降低学生的机会成本,适当缩短学术学位硕士生毕业后的规培时间;提高行业对学术学位硕士生的认同和需求,扩大就业市场;解决学生的后顾之忧,切实提高培养质量。
Objective:To investigate the status of academic degree postgraduate education of clinical medicine,analyze its problems,and provide the feasible strategies in improving the quality of postgraduate education.Methods:The academic degree postgraduates of clinical medicine from four medical colleges and universities in Anhui province were investigated using the questionnaire.Results:The low quality students,low participation in scientific research,less scientific research achievement,less tutor guidance,poor research environment,and unoptimistic employment prospects were identified in academic degree postgraduates during investigation.Conclusions:The state should improve the academic status of clinical medicine to attract more outstanding students,increase investment to improve the security system,reduce the opportunity cost of students,shorten standardized training of resident physicians after graduate,improve the recognition and demand of the academic degree graduate,and expand the job market.
