基于数据挖掘的名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症的用药规律分析

摘要
目的:利用数据挖掘技术,回顾性总结名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症的用药规律,为现代中医治疗不孕症提供新思路。方法:应用"中医经验采集/数据挖掘系统软件",采用频数分析、关联规则分析的方法,对2009年至2011年荆州市中医医院名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症的门诊病例进行数据分析。结果:名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症的药物四性以温为主,其次为平、微寒;药物五味主要为甘、苦;药物归经主要为肝、脾、肾;药物功效主要为调经止痛、疏肝解郁。处方中高频次药物为白芍、当归、川芎、益母草、香附、白术、柴胡、菟丝子、枸杞子、赤芍。治疗不孕症常用药对包括当归-白芍,川芎-当归,川芎-白芍,益母草-白芍。治疗不孕症辨证分型主要为肝郁血瘀证、胞络淤阻证、肝肾不足证。结论:①名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症用药以清灵见长。②名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症主要从肝入手,兼顾脾肾。③名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症重视"调经"。④名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症常用药对包括当归-白芍,川芎-当归,川芎-白芍,益母草-白芍。⑤名老中医刘云鹏治疗不孕症,辨证分型主要为:肝郁血瘀证、胞络淤阻证、肝肾不足证,其中胞络淤阻证患者多有输卵管不通;肝郁血瘀证的基本方为调经1号方,胞络淤阻证的基本方为通任种子汤,肝肾不足证的基本方为益五合方。
Objective: In this study,data mining technology was used to retrospectively summarize the medication rules of liu yunpeng,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor,in the treatment of infertility,providing new ideas for the treatment of infertility in modern Chinese medicine.Methods: Application of "Chinese medicine experience/data mining system software",adopt the method of frequency analysis,association rules analysis,for 2009-2011 years old Chinese medicine yun-peng liu jingzhou city Chinese medicine hospital name outpatient cases for data analysis for the treatment of infertility.Results: The medicine of Liu Yunpeng,a famous old Chinese medicine,is mainly warm,followed by Ping,slight cold; the five flavors of medicine are mainly sweet and bitter; the medicine is mainly liver,spleen and kidney; the efficacy of medicine is mainly to regulate the meridians to relieve pain and soothe the liver and relieve depression.Prescription high-frequency drugs for Radix Paeoniae Alba,Angelica sinensis,Chuanxiong,Leonurus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Bupleurum,semen Cuscuta,Fructus Lycii,Radix Paeoniae rubra.Common treatment for infertility include angelica-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Chuanxiong-Angelica,Chuanxiong-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Herba Leonurus-Radix Paeoniae Alba.Treatment of infertility syndrome differentiation mainly for liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,collaterals stagnation syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:①Liu Yunpeng,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine,is good at treating Infertility with Qingling.②Liu Yunpeng,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine,talks about the treatment of Infertility mainly from the liver,both spleen and kidney.③Liu Yunpeng,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine,paid attention to "regulating menstruation" in the treatment of Infertility.④Famous old Chinese medicine Liu Yunpeng for the treatment of infertility,including angelica-white peony root,Chuanxiong-Angelica chuanxiong-white peony root,Leonurus-white peony root.⑤Liu Yunpeng,a famous old Chinese medicine,treats infertility.The main types of syndrome differentiation are: liver depression and blood stasis type,cell collaterals stasis obstruction type,liver and kidney insufficiency type,among them,most of the patients have tubal impassability; the basic prescription of liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is regulating meridian No.1,The basic prescription of the syndrome is Tongren seed decoction and the basic prescription of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.
