摘要
在新一轮技术创新浪潮下发展起来的基于射线识别的智能干选技术,实现了选煤理论的创新,因系统简单、不用水、不用介、分选精度高、设备体积小、生产成本低、投资省的优势,在国内选煤厂和煤矿井下得到快速推广应用。文章从原理和发展历程、应用情况及效果、带来的选煤技术变革、未来发展方向五方面详细介绍了智能干选技术。
        The X-ray-based intelligent dry cleaning technology developed amid the new round of technology innovation drive brings about an innovation in coal preparation theory. With the special features of being simple in system, high in separation precision, compact in size, and low in initial capital and operating costs, as well as the attractions of using no water or medium, the intelligent dry cleaning system has rapidly found widespread applications in domestic coal preparation plants and underground coal mines. The paper presents a detailed introduction to the intelligent dry cleaning technology including its course of development, working principle and performance, as well as the roll it plays for the coal preparation technology transformation, and the prospect of its future development.
