摘要
为解决传统筛选方式工作效率低、能源损耗大等问题,在现有细粒土筛选装置的基础上,确定了细粒土土工筛装置设计的总体方案,对筛选、平移等关键部分进行了改进,设计了一款新的实验室细粒土土工筛装置。通过细粒土筛分性能实验对土工筛装置的可靠性进行分析,试验结果表明:该装置在满足筛分合理性的基础上,可弥补人工筛分效率低、电动筛分耗能大等问题,具有一定的推广价值。
The overall design scheme of fine-grained soil geosieve device is determined on the basis of the existing fine-grained soil screening devicein order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high energy loss in the traditional screening method. The key parts of screening and translation are improved, and a new laboratory fine-grained soil geosieve device is designed. The reliability of the geosieve device is analyzed through the test of fine-grained soil screening performance, and the test results show that the device can make up for the problems of low manual screening efficiency, large energy consumption of electric screening, etc. on the basis of satisfying the screening reasonability,which It has certain popularization value.
