烟梗加工处理技术与设备研究进展

摘要
叙述了近十年来国内外烟梗处理的新技术及新设备,从烟梗预处理技术、烟梗成丝技术、梗丝膨胀技术、梗粒制造技术、梗丝品质改性技术等方面分析了目前烟梗加工及使用中存在的问题,并提出了未来烟梗加工的研究方向为:①创新烟梗加工技术、通过改变梗丝的形态和结构,提高梗丝与叶丝的配伍性;②综合利用梗丝成分重组技术、烟梗微生物处理技术、酶处理技术等改善烟梗的感官质量;③创新烟梗加工设备,研发结构、原理全新的烟梗处理装备。④开展细支卷烟专用梗丝研究及梗丝在新型烟草制品中的应用研究。
        Domestic and foreign new technology and equipment of tobacco stem treatment in the last ten years were reviewed. Existing problems of tobacco stem processing and application were analyzed from the aspects of tobacco stem pretreatment technology, tobacco stem shredding technology, cut stem expansion technology, stem granulation manufacturing technology, cut stem quality modification technology et al. The research directions of tobacco stem processing in the future are as follows: 1) Innovating tobacco stem processing technology to improve compatibility of cut stems and cut leaves by changing the shape and structure of cut stems. 2) Using cut stem's component recombination technology, microbial treating technology, enzyme treating technology to improve sensory quality of tobacco stem; 3) Innovating and developing tobacco stem processing equipment with new structure and principle. 4) Researching the cut stems wsed in slim cigarettes and novel tobacco products.
