区块链驱动下的供应链金融创新研究

摘要
区块链具有数据统一存储、无法随意篡改、可追溯的技术体系,其应用不依赖于集中式中介机构,通过存储交易信息的开放源代码构建分布式数据库,允许交易双方使用某一特定区块进行分布式交易并记录相关信息,具有信息透明、共享、不可逆的特点,有助于解决金融交易环节的信息不对称和信用危机问题。供应链金融作为银行等金融机构的一项重要业务,将核心企业和上下游企业的交易过程进行联系,向融资方提供灵活的金融产品和服务,由于资金需求方多为中小企业,金融机构在信用识别、交易监管、风险管控等供应链金融业务环节面临挑战。而区块链技术在供应链金融领域的应用创新,将为解决上述问题提供新的途径。
The block chain has a technical system in which data is stored in a unified manner,cannot be tampered with, and is traceable. Its application does not rely on centralized intermediaries,and a distributed database is built by storing open source information of transaction information, allowing both parties to use a specific block. Conducting distributed transactions and recording relevant information enjoys the characteristics of information transparency, sharing, and irreversibility, which helps to solve information asymmetry and credit crisis problems in financial transactions. Supply chain finance,as an important business of banks or third-party financial institutions,links the core companies with the upstream and downstream companies' transaction processes and provides them with flexible financial products and services. As the demand for funds is mostly for SMEs, finance institutions face challenges in many aspects of supply chain finance such as credit identification,transaction supervision,risk management and control. The application of block chain technology in the supply chain finance field will provide a new method to solve the above problems.
