摘要
对华北地区农村典型建筑围护结构整体气密性能进行现场实测,结果表明当地农村既有住宅气密性极差,换气次数可达13.8次/h。提出了节能改造措施,利用能耗模拟软件DeST对改造前后能耗情况进行模拟,平均节能率可达到74%。
On-site measurement of the airtight performance of the typical building envelope structure in rural areas in North China was carried out. The results show that the existing rural houses have very poor air tightness and the number of air changes can reach 13.8 times h~(-1). Energy-saving measures were proposed. The energy simulation software DeST was used to simulate the energy consumption before and after the transformation. The average energy-saving rate could reach 74%.
