摘要
为提高停车者停车效用,对多因素影响的停车选择行为时间价值进行研究。首先,分析停车选择行为时间价值确定过程中的影响因素,其次,针对选择不同停车方式的停车者,应用效用最大化原理和随机效用模型确立停车效用与影响因素之间的函数关系,建立停车选择行为时间价值模型,并利用最大似然估计法对模型参数进行标定。最后,以重庆市中心区停车行为特征调查结果为例进行实证分析,与传统时间价值模型相比,计算结果更可靠,可为路内停车和路外停车场停车收费费率的制定提供参考。
To improve parking utility,the time value of parking selection behavior influenced by multiple factors was studied.Firstly,the factors affecting the time value of parking choice behavior was analyzed.Then,a function between the parking utility and the affecting factors was built for the drivers with different parking modes using the principle of utility maximization random utility model,and a time value model of parking choice behavior was established.The model parameters was calibrated by the maximum likelihood method.A case study was made taking the characteristics of parking behavior investigation result in central Chongqing.Compared with the traditional time value model,the calculation results was more reliable,which could provide a reference for the parking rate of curb parking and off-road parking.
