一种准零刚度隔振器参数对力学特性的影响研究

摘要
为优化气动准零刚度隔振器的设计参数,通过建立准零刚度的数学模型,确定了隔振器的各个参数间应满足的关系,并简化了准零刚度的数学模型。运用三阶泰勒公式分析了隔振器各个参数对静力学特性的影响。利用谐波平衡法对隔振器的动力学特性进行分析,得到了振动频率与振动幅值、力传递率的关系,并分析了参数对振动幅值和力传递率的影响。结果表明,通过合理设置参数可改善动力学特性的低频性能。
        In order to optimize the design parameters of the quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolator,the mathematic model of quasizero-stiffness was established to determine the relationship between the parameters of the isolator and the mathematical model of quasizero-stiffness was simplified. The influence of the parameters of the vibration isolator on the static characteristics was analyzed by the third-order Taylor formula. The dynamic characteristics of the vibration isolator were analyzed by the harmonic balance method. The relationship between the vibration frequency with the vibration amplitude or the force transmission rate was obtained. The influence of the parameters on the vibration amplitude and the force transmission rate was analyzed. The results show that the low frequency performance of the kinetic characteristics can be improved by setting the parameters reasonably.
