        this paper introduces the application of IGBT frequency converter TMdriver-10 in the drive of roller motor in the rarefied R1 area of 1700 hot rolling production line of Benxi Iron and Steel Company. The high performance characteristics and basic structure parameters of the TMdriver-10 converter are simply explained. At the same time, the basic principle of vector control of TMdriver-10 inverter and the grounding system of TMdriver-10 converter are expounded, which makes us know more about TMdriver-10 converter.
