揉针松解法治疗局部筋结疼痛的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的观察揉针松解法治疗局部筋结疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月针灸门诊局部筋结疼痛的患者48例为研究对象,选取阿是穴,即结节或条索压痛点采用揉针松解法治疗1个疗程,治疗前后进行VAS评分观察筋结疼痛效果。结果48例患者治疗1个疗程后总有效率为93.75%。结论揉针松解法治疗局部筋结疼痛效果明显,值得临床推广。
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of kneading needle loosening method in treating local tendon pain. Methods From September 2016 to September 2017,48 patients with local tendon pain in the acupuncture and moxibustion clinic were selected as subjects. The tubercle or the pressure point of the cord was treated by kneading needle loosening method for one course of treatment,and VAS score was performed before and after the treatment to observe the effect of tendon pain. Results The total effective rate of 48 patients after treatment for 1 course was 93.75%. Conclusion The treatment effect of local subcutaneous nodules pain by kneading acupuncture is obvious and worthy of clinical promotion.
