摘要

农村电商是引导农业供给侧结构性改革、推进乡村振兴的重要力量。永兴县作为全国电子商务进农村示范县之一,其电商发展有效开通了县、乡、村三级电子商务公共服务体系,既吸引了人才回流农村,也推动了农业农村经济转型,带动了农村产业振兴。进一步完善农村电商发展,应坚持农业农村优先,注重凸显地方特色、完善基础设施、强化平台建设、培育经营主体、建强人才队伍,在助推精准脱贫的基础上推动乡村振兴。
        Rural e-commerce is an important force to guide agricultural supply-side structural reform, to advance rural revitalization. By conducting a case study of Yongxing County——a national demonstration county of "rural e-commerce" in China. It effectively opens public service system at the county,township and village levels. Not only to attract the talents backflow rural,but also to promote the agricultural rural economy transformation, to promote the revitalization of rural industries. The paper proposed the following suggestions to improve the development of rural e-commerce. We should adhere to agricultural and rural priority, focus on highlighting local characteristics, improve infrastructure, strengthen platform construction, cultivate business entities, and strengthen the talent team. Promote rural revitalization on the basis of boosting precision poverty alleviation.
