欧洲农业经济学科培养模式的创新趋势及启示——基于中德模式的比较

摘要
随着经济社会的发展,传统农业经济学培养模式无法满足市场的需求,面临日益严峻的挑战,亟须改革。有鉴于此,本文首先简单总结我国农业经济学学科的特点与面临的主要挑战,之后以德国农业经济学硕士和博士项目为例,总结德国农业经济学科培养方案的特点,为我国农业经济学科改革提供参考。我们的研究发现,食品经济、生物经济、农村可持续发展等将成为未来农经学科发展方向,相应的人才培养也应该转向涉农企业经营管理、食品市场营销、产业链管理等相关的领域。
Along with the rapid social and economic development,traditional training programs in agricultural economics are facing raising challenge from the labor market in China. This paper shed light on the reform of training model in agricultural economics. We first briefly discuss the characteristics and challenges in agricultural training programs in China,followed by a brief introduction of the master and Ph.D. programs in agricultural economics in representative universities in Germany. Several implications can be drawn from the comparison between China and Germany:food economics,bioeconomics,and sustainable development in rural area could be future topics in agricultural economics;accordingly,agribusiness management,food marketing and industrial chain management will be the major job market for graduates in agricultural economics.
