摘要
为提升士官军政课程建设效益、实现人才培养目标,对军民融合定向培养士官军政课程设置进行系统研究。通过分析当前军民融合定向培养士官军政课程设置存在的问题,提出在搞好顶层设计、找准课程目标定位的基础上,应加强有效协同、科学区分教学任务、紧贴课程特点、不断优化课程内容设置等对策。
To better develop the military and political courses for non-commissioned office(NCO), the paper centers around directional education by military and civilian sectors, analyzes current problems in the course setting, and develops some proposals such as making top-level design, determining curriculum orientation, deepening collaboration, dividing education tasks, and optimizing the content of courses.
