摘要
在介绍平移多小波降噪诊断矿用齿轮箱齿轮故障的基本原理基础上,分析了平移多小波降噪的理论依据,采用周期性冲击的信号叠加高斯白噪声进行仿真,并在齿轮箱试验台振动时进行了实验模拟,实验效果理想,具有可利用性,在实际应用中,平移多小波降噪诊断的矿用齿轮箱齿轮故障准确无误,为矿井检查齿轮箱故障提供了简捷的技术手段,也为矿井提升安全增添了保障性。
On the basis of introducing the basic principle of the t ranslational multiwavelet noise reduction and diagnosing the gear fault of the gearbox, the theoretical basis of the translational multiwavelet de-noising is analyzed,and the simulation is carried out by superimposing white noise with the periodic impulse signal. Experimental simulation is carried out on the gearbox test rig. The experimental results are ideal and available. In practical application, the fault of mine gearbox gear diagnosed by translation multi-wavelet de-noising is accurate. It provides a simple technical means for checking gearbox faults in mine, and also increases the safeguard for mine hoisting safety.
