基于管理者角色理论的临床科室主任素质探析

摘要
科主任对科室发展具有举足轻重的作用。科主任素质的优劣不但关系到其所在科室的发展,而且关系到医院的整体建设,还关系到医疗卫生事业。本研究从明茨伯格的管理者角色理论角度,阐述科主任在医院管理中依据不同的工作内容扮演不同的角色,分析扮演好这些角色应当具备的素质。本研究可为医院决策层选拔任用具有科主任素质或者潜在素质的人才提供参考依据,亦可为现有科主任在提高自身素质方面提供帮助,具有一定的实际指导意义。
The head of clinical departments plays a decisive role in the development of clinical departments. The competence of the head of clinical departments matters not only to the development of a particular clinical department,but also to the overall construction of a hospital. And also related to the future of medicine and health. From the perspective of Mintzberg's managerial role theory, this research expounded that department director should play different roles according to different work contents in hospital management. And we analyzed the capacity required to fulfill different roles. This discussion can provide reference for hospital decision makers in the selection and appointment of personnel competent for running departments. It can also provide practical guide to current department head in improving their own capacity.
