抗阿尔茨海默病中药中国专利分析

摘要
目的:系统分析抗AD中药中国专利文献,发掘其中的重要信息。方法:借助incoPat专利检索分析平台,系统的分析抗AD中药中国专利申请趋势、合享价值度、专利权人类型、专利运营、技术功效、技术手段、技术发展趋势。结果:抗AD中药中国专利申请起步较晚,首件专利申请人来自国外,核心专利数量不多。企业申请人、大专院校和个人申请人占比较高,合作申请、转让、许可方面数量极少。实施方式多采用基础实验进行验证,技术构成上传统的中药复方和单味中药有效组分所占比例较高。大多数专利的技术功效是通过增强学习记忆能力、提高临床效果或其他尚需探索的未知机制达到治疗或延缓AD的目的。结论:我国研究者在抗AD中药的专利申请方面启蒙意识较晚,中药抗AD领域研究者应该从专利技术含量、技术稳定性、保护范围方面加大投入与研究,努力提高专利价值。
Objective To analyze the Chinese patents on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for Alzheimer's disease (AD) and undermine their important information. Methods The tendency to apply Chinese patents on TCM for AD,cooperative value,patentee types,patent operation,patent efficiency,technological means and technology development trend of Chinese patents on TCM for AD were analyzed by making use of the incoPat patent retrieval and analysis platform.Results The time to apply for Chinese patents on TCM for AD was rather late in our country. The first patentee of TCM was a foreigner. The number of core patents on TCM for AD was small. The ratio of patentees from enterprises,higher education institutions and individual patentees was rather high. The number of cooperative patent applications,transfers and licenses was extremely small. The patents were verified in basic experiments. The components of compound TCM prescriptions and a single TCM accounted for a large proportion. The technological efficiency of most patents in treatment or delay of AD was achieved by improving the learning and memory of patients and their clinical outcomes or by studying the unknown pathogenesis of AD.Conclusion The time to awaken the consciousness of researchers in our country is rather late in application for patents on TCM for AD. Those who are engaged in research on TCM for AD should thus make their great efforts to improve the value of patents on TCM for AD by increasing the technological level,stability,investment and research of patents.
