体育院校与体育产业协同发展现状及思考

摘要
我国高等体育院校是培养体育产业人才,影响体育产业发展的重要基地。而高校自身发展也离不开体育市场环境,双方有着广泛合作诉求,因此,了解双方合作发展的现状,探寻双方协同发展的途径意义重大。研究认为,政府重视体育院校的职业培训工作,部分体育院校加强了科研工作并推进与体育产业的合作,体育院校教育功能开始转型。而体育经营组织与高校体育院系间沟通有待理顺,高校体育教育专业,体育产业发展规划有待完善,高校体育文化传承与改造功能重视程度有待加强。政府应当创建交流平台,加强政府与高校体育院系交流,要大力发展体育产学研合作模式,重视高校体育院系资源发展与利用,合理规划与发展体育院系才能更好地促进体育院校与体育产业共同发展。
Higher institutes of physical education in China are the significant bases for cultivating PE talents and developing the sports industry. The development of higher institutes cannot be achieved without marketing environment of sports for the two items call for extensive cooperation. Therefore, it is meaningful to comprehend the current situation of their mutual development and explore the means of coordinated development. The study shows that the government attaches huge importance to vocational training in institutes of physical education. In addition, some institutes enhance cooperation with the sports industry and strengthen the scientific research, which urges them to transform the educational function. Whereas, the communication between sports organizations and institutes of physical education needs improving while the development programs of physical education specialty in universities and in the sports industry need perfecting. Sports culture inheritance and transformation function in the higher institutes require more attention. The government is supposed to create communication platforms and accelerate the communication between the government and the higher institutes of physical education in order to develop the mode of e enterprise-university-research cooperation in the field of PE. It also needs to value the resource development and utilization in institutes of physical education and rationally develop the institutes to promote the mutual development.
