摘要
通过对不同季节浮游植物种类和数量以及水质理化指标的调查,分析了吉林省兴隆水库浮游植物群落的动态变化规律,探讨了浮游植物生长与环境因子的关系.结果表明:兴隆水库共有171种浮游植物,隶属于6门86属.其中,硅藻门22属42种,甲藻门4属6种,裸藻门6属18种,绿藻门41属83种,隐藻门1属2种.优势种共有8种,5月份优势种主要为绿藻门,7月份优势种均属蓝藻门,9月份绿藻门和蓝藻门各占一半.浮游植物细胞密度5月份平均值为9.83×10~6个/L,7月份平均值为78.73×10~6个/L,9月份平均值为119.51×10~6个/L,季节差异显著.多样性分析表明兴隆水库浮游植物的物种组成较丰富,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数较高,群落结构稳定性较强;相关性分析表明影响浮游植物生长的主要营养盐因子为铵态氮、亚硝酸盐氮、总氮.
        The phytoplankton community's dynamic change pattern has been analyzed in Xinglong Reservoir by investigating the phytoplankton community and water quality in different seasons.This article explores the relationship between phytoplankton growth and its habitat,thus providing basis for biodiversity maintenance and ecological environment protection since the implementation of the"riverlake-connected"project.The results showed that there were 171 phytoplankton in Xinglong Reservoir,belonging to 86 genera of 6 phyla,among which there were 42 species of 22 genera in Bacillariophyta,6 species of 4 genera in Pyrrophyta,18 species of 6 genera in Euglenophyta,83 species of 41 genera in Chlorophyta,2 species of 1 genus in Cryptophyta.During the investigation,8 dominant species were observed.Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta are dominant in May and July respectively,while they are both dominant in September.The cell density of phytoplankton ranged 9.83×10~6 cells/L in May,78.73×10~6 cells/L in July,119.51×10~6 cells/L in September,which shows a seasonal difference.Diversity indices show that phytoplankton is abundant in Xinglong Reservoir,Shannon-Wiener index is relatively high and the species distribution is invariant.Correlation analysis showed that the main factors affecting the growth of the phytoplankton community were ammonium nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen and total nitrogen content.
