摘要
关闭煤矿中富集大量煤层气资源,其开发利用具有经济、环境、安全和社会多重效益,我国已开展了一些关闭煤矿煤层气资源勘探开发的科技攻关及其抽采工作,但由于我国关闭煤矿煤层气资源开发利用研究属于初级阶段。通过对我国高瓦斯矿井关闭情况研究发现,高瓦斯关闭煤矿主要分布在重庆、湖南、贵州、云南、四川、山西、江西、安徽等地区,尤其以贵州、重庆以及湖南等地区最多。这些高瓦斯关闭煤矿煤层气资源存在抽采技术及模式适配性差、基础研究薄弱、矿井封闭质量不确定、矿井水无相应处理措施、开发利用成本高等问题。建议系统开展关闭煤矿煤层气资源评价,通过加强科技攻关、建立关闭煤矿闭坑监测制度、制定相应关闭煤矿产业发展政策等多方面工作,确保我国关闭煤矿煤层气资源的有效开发利用。
Large amount of CBM resources have been enriched in closed coalmines.Their exploitation and utilization have economic,environmental,safety and social multiple benefits.CBM resources exploration and exploitation scientific and technical hard-nut issues tackling and CBM pumping have been carried out in some closed coalmines,but still on the initial stage.Through the studies on gassy coalmine closure situation have found that gassy coalmines are mainly distributed in the Chongqing Municipality,Hunan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Sichuan,Shanxi,Jiangxi and Anhui provinces,especially in Guizhou,Chongqing and Hunan.Those closed gassy coalmines' CBM resources existed issues of poor gas drainage techniques and pattern suitability,fundamental research weak,coalmine closure quality uncertain,no corresponding treatment measures for mine water and high exploitation and utilization cost etc.Thus multifaceted works of to systematically carry out coalmine CBM resources assessment,strengthen scientific and technical hard-nut issues tackling,establish coalmine closure monitoring system,as well as formulate corresponding closed coalmine industrial development policies have been proposed to guarantee closed coalmine CBM resources effective exploitation and utilization in the country.
