摘要

提出了要立足于新时代国家发展需求,从准确把握世界科技发展大势出发,按照世界科技强国发展演进的内在规律,通盘考虑科技体制改革和重大创新领域发展,科学谋划科技强国建设实施路径,加速推进世界科技强国建设。
        In order toaccelerate development of World Power of Science and Technology,the article proposes to scientifically plan theimplementationpath.It depends on taking into account the national innovation demand in the new era,grasping the world trend of sci-tech progress,according to the inherent law of the evolution of World Power of Science and Technology,considering the development of sci-tech system and the significantsci-techfield innovation.
