摘要

针对当前上海城市精细化管理"框架基础较好,但仍存在一些突出短板"的现状,要进一步"聚焦重要领域补短板",在守牢"安全底线"的基础上,总结进博会成功经验,狠抓重点领域整治,推广智能化管理运用,加快体制机制改革,为上海城市精细化管理进一步发展打牢基础。
