摘要
我国燃料电池汽车产业处于发展初期,车辆与加氢站的不匹配已严重制约了燃料电池汽车产业发展,而加氢站的成本收益经济性分析是其推广建设的前提条件。目前,我国对加氢站成本的研究成果发表也较少。考虑加氢站的全生命周期,首次从初期投资建设阶段、运营维护阶段和成本回收阶段3个阶段,对加氢站的成本收益结构进行系统分析建模,建立了基于全生命周期经济性分析的加氢站成本收益评估模型,并进行了案例分析计算。结果表明:建立的加氢站全生命周期成本收益评估模型是可行的,具有一定的学术意义和实践应用价值。同时该研究成果对我国加氢站的建设和推广以及相关的政策建议起到一定的参考作用。
        At the early stage of the development of fuel cell vehicle industry,hydrogen station is one of the important factors restricting the development of fuel cell vehicle industry. And the operation economy analysis of hydrogen station is the prerequisite for its investment promotion. At present,the research results on the cost of hydrogenation stations in China are also less published. Considering the life cycle of hydrogen station,this paper construct a systematic model for the cost-benefit structure of hydrogen station based on life cycle analysis from three stages: initial investment and construction period,operation and maintenance period and recovery period for the first time. An example is given for analysis and calculation. The results show that the life cycle cost-benefit evaluation model of hydrogen station established in this paper is feasible and has certain academic significance and practical value. At the same time,the research results of this paper have certain reference value for the construction and promotion of hydrogen station,as well as related policy recommendations.
