摘要
为探究细颗粒尾砂含量对充填体强度特性的影响,利用液压伺服试验系统进行充填体单轴抗压强度试验,分析细颗粒尾砂含量、水泥含量和料浆浓度对充填体强度的影响规律。结果表明:细颗粒尾砂含量对充填体强度存在一定影响,充填体强度影响因素敏感性顺序为水泥含量、料浆浓度和细颗粒尾砂含量;各因素之间存在交互作用,水泥含量和料浆浓度一定时,细颗粒尾砂含量在35%~50%范围时,充填体强度最大;当水泥含量高于15%,料浆浓度高于72%后,充填体强度急剧上升。推荐矿山在充填过程中使细颗粒尾砂含量处于50%左右,同时提高浓度,降低水泥用量,可降低充填成本,增加企业经济效益。
        In order to explore the effect of fine particle tailings content on the strength characteristics of filling body,the uniaxial compressive strength test of the filling body was performed using a hydraulic servo test system.The influences of fine particle tailings content,cement content and slurry concentration on the strength of filling body were analyzed.The results showed that the fine particle tailings content had a certain influence on the strength of filling body.The sensitivity of the factors affecting the backfilling strength was ordered as follows,the cement content,the slurry concentration and the fine particle tailings content.There were interactions between various factors.When the cement content and slurry concentration were constant,the strength of the filling body was the highest as the fine particle tailings content within the range of 35%to 50%.And the strength of the filling body increased rapidly when the cement content was above 15% and the slurry concentration was above 72%.It was recommended that the fine particle tailings content should be kept at approximately 50%during the filling process,at the same time,increasing the slurry concentration and decreasing the cement consumption could reduce the cost and increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
