家电壳体用高分子材料及其应用技术的发展趋势

摘要
面对家电行业的激烈竞争,发展高性能、低成本的家电用高分子材料原材料已成为当前高分子材料的重要发展趋势之一;与此同时,随着消费者对生活品质要求的不断提升,对家用电器产品已不满足于简单的使用性能上的要求,对外观品质、视觉效果提出了更高的要求,消费者在感官上并不希望大量单调的塑料制品充斥整个生活环境中,因此发展免喷涂材料技术成为家电壳体用高分子材料的重要发展趋势。此外,冰箱、空调、洗衣机等家电产品的高分子材料零部件易滋生细菌、酵母菌、病毒等微生物,为获得洁净的生存环境,享受健康的生活,抗菌高分子材料技术在家电产品中的应用也将成为必然趋势。介绍了用于家电制造的高分子材料的发展趋势,免喷涂材料技术的发展趋势以及抗菌高分子材料技术发展趋势,重点阐述了具有安全无毒害、可循环利用的"免喷涂材料技术"以及"抗菌高分子材料技术"在家电壳体产品中的应用现状及发展前景。
        Facing the intense competition in home appliance industry,high performance and low cost household appliances polymer materials had become an important developing trend. At the same time,with the continuous improvement of the consumer's requirement on the quality of life, consumers were no longer satisfied with the simple usability of household appliances,and provided higher requirements for the exterior quality and visual effect. Consumers did not want a large number of monotonous plastic products to fill the whole living environment,therefore, the development of coating-free materials technology had become an important trend in the development of polymer materials used in household appliances. In addition, the polymer components of household appliances,such as,refrigerator,air conditioner and washing machine were easy to breed bacteria, yeast, virus and other microorganisms. In order to obtain a clean living environment and enjoy healthy life,the application of antibacterial polymer materials technology in household appliances would also become an inevitable trend. The development trend of household appliances used polymer raw materials,coating-free material technology and antibacterial polymer materials technology were introduced in this paper. The application status and development prospect of "coating-free material technology " and "antibacterial polymer materials technology " with safe, nonhazardous and recyclable performance in household appliance shell were emphatically expounded.
