摘要
介绍了免喷涂技术在汽车行业主要的应用范围,以某款汽车侧踏板塑料喷涂件在实际生产中遇到的问题为出发点,从产品结构、材料及工艺可行性和实验性能等方面研究了免喷涂材料的应用价值,为汽车内外饰产品的绿色化设计提供了参考。
        The main application range of the spray-free technology in automobile industry at present was introduced. Based on the problems encountered in actual production of a certain type of automobile plastic painting pedal,the application value of the spray-free materials was studied from the aspects of product structure,material,process feasibility and experimental performance. It provides reference for green design of automotive interior and exterior decoration products.
