摘要
利用X-荧光分析技术对石灰石中氧化钙和氧化镁含量分析,与传统的人工分析相比,具有操作简单、数据分析快,稳定性高,重复性好等优点。在石灰石验收过程中,能够快速实时化验出吸收剂石灰石的氧化钙和氧化镁含量指标,减少船舶滞留时间,提高工作效率。同时也减少了减少有毒有害化学药品的使用,更符合绿色,健康,环保的政策要求。
Compared with the traditional manual analysis in calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, the X-fluorescence analysis technology has the advantages of simple operation, fast data analysis, high stability and good repeatability. In the process of acceptance of limestone, the content of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide in limestone can be detected in a short time, which can reduce the residence time of ships and improve work efficiency. At the same time, it also reduces the use of toxic and harmful chemicals and meets the policy requirements of green, healthy and environmental protection.
