摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析中医药治疗儿童肥胖症的组方用药规律。方法:通过中国知识资源总库(CNKI)收集近10年来中医药治疗儿童肥胖症的方剂,应用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),逐一录入方剂信息,建立方剂数据库,利用软件数据挖掘方法,分析治疗儿童肥胖症方剂的组方规律。结果:共纳入137首相关方剂,涉及155味中药,使用频次前10位的药味为茯苓、白术、泽泻、陈皮、半夏、山楂、炙甘草、大黄、决明子、厚朴,常用药对为白术与茯苓、半夏与陈皮、陈皮与茯苓、茯苓与泽泻等,发现核心药物组合8对,挖掘出新处方共8个。结论:近年来治疗儿童肥胖症组方以健脾祛湿化痰为主;基于熵层次聚类算法的新方以补虚与泻实为主,新方的药物大多为药食同源之品,如茯苓、陈皮、山楂、荷叶、山药等。因儿童治病依从性差,今后食疗将成为治疗儿童肥胖症的一大趋势。
        Objective:To summarize and analyze the prescription rules for treating childhood obesity with Chinese medicine according to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system. Methods:Chinese prescriptions for treating childhood obesity during the recent 10 years in CNKI were recorded and established the prescription database by TCM inheritance support system(v2.5) to analyze the prescription rules for treating childhood obesity. Results:Total 137 formulas were selected involving 155 herbs. The top10 frequently used herbs including :Fuling(Poriacocos),Baizhu(Rhizoma atractylodismacrocephalae),Zexie(Rhizoma alismatis),Chenpi(Pericarpium citri reticulatae),Banxia(Rhizoma pinelliae),Shanzha(Crataegus pinnatifida),Zhigancao(Radix glycyrrhizae),Dahuang(Rheum officinalebaill),Juemingzi(Cassiaobtusifolia L),Houpu(Cortex magnoliae officinai1 s),the common herbal pairs including:Baizhu(Rhizoma atractylodismacro cephalae) and Fuling(Poriacocos),Banxia(Rhizoma pinelliae) and Chenpi(Pericarpium citri reticulatae),Chenpi(Pericarpium citri reticulatae) and Fuling(Poriacocos),Fuling(Poriacocos) and Zexie(Rhizoma alismatis). Total 8 core herbal pairs and 8 new formulas are evolved. Conclusions:The prescriptions for treating childhood obesity in recent years mainly focused on invigorating the spleen,eliminating the dampness and resolving the phlegm while the new formula with reinforcing the deficiency and reducing the excess based on entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm. Herbs in this new formula mostly could be used as food,such as Fuling(Poriacocos),Chenpi(Pericarpium citri reticulatae),Shanzha(Crataegus pinnatifida),Heye(Nelumbonucifera Gaertn), Shanyao(Dioscoreaoposita Thunb). Due to the poor compliance in child-patients,diet therapy will be a major trend in treating childhood obesity in the future.
