摘要
以HgCl_2为主催化成分,金属氯化物为催化助剂,煤制活性炭为载体,采用超声分散法制备纳米低汞触媒,采用XRD和SEM表征,并用于工业化生产,结果表明,氯化汞在载体活性炭上高度分散,催化活性组分粒径较小,使用单耗较低,在乙炔空间流速18 m~3/h的条件下,使用寿命可以达到13 632 h。
        Using HgCl_2 as active component, metal chlorides as additives and active carbon as the carrier,catalysts were prepared by the ultrasonic dispersion method and were characterized by XRD and TEM,industrial production results indicate that the mercuric chloride is highly dispersed on the carrier activated carbon, the particle size of the catalytically active component is small, the consumption is low, and the service life can reach 13,632 hours under the condition that the acetylene space velocity is 18 m~3/h.
