几种单层保温弯管施工技术

摘要
单层保温管施工常用的"一步法"和"管中管"工艺无法在弯管上实现。因此,为了得到小角度的单层保温冷弯管,最直接的方式就是单层保温管的直接弯制。但是,由于聚氨酯泡沫的机械强度较低,直接弯制会造成保温层开裂、分层等问题。为此,又通过试验验证了几种单层保温冷弯管的施工工艺,解决了保温层破坏的问题,但降低了施工效率,增加了施工成本。综合考虑项目整体情况,可以采用多种工艺结合的方式进行施工,以满足项目要求。
        The common "one-step method" and "pipe-in-pipe" technology in the construction of single-layer insulation pipe can not be realized in the elbow.Therefore,in order to obtain a small angle of single-layer thermal insulation cold bending pipe,the most direct way is the direct bending of single-layer thermal insulation pipe.However,due to the low mechanical strength of polyurethane foam,the direct bending will cause insulation layer cracking and delamination.For this reason,several construction techniques of single-layer heat preservation cold bending pipe are verified through experiments,which solves the problem of damage of heat preservation layer,but reduces the construction efficiency and increases the construction cost.Considering the overall situation of the project,we can adopt a combination of various technologies to carry out construction to meet the project requirements.
