摘要
通过高速剪切分散法制备炭黑色浆,采用比吸光度表征炭黑色浆的分散稳定性,探讨分散剂种类和用量对炭黑色浆分散稳定性的影响。并将炭黑色浆用于单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,结果表明:采用大分子量分散剂FT-209和改性聚氨酯(MPU)制备的炭黑色浆与聚氨酯防水涂料相容性较好,能明显提升涂料的力学性能和储存稳定性;本研究范围内,分散剂FT-209最佳添加量为7%,MPU最佳添加量为5%,炭黑色浆在单组分聚氨酯防水涂料中的最佳添加量为1%。
        The carbon black pulp is prepared using high speed shearing dispersion method. The dispersion stability of the pulp is indicated with specific absorbance. The article discusses influence of types of dispersion agent and quantity used on dispersion stability of the pulp and its application in single component polyurethane waterproofing coating. The results show the carbon black pulp prepared with macromolecular dispersant FT-209 and modified polyurethane(MPU) has good compatibility with polyurethane waterproofing coating and can improve mechanical properties and storage stability of the coating. The study shows the best additive amount of dispersant FT-209 is 7%, MPU 5% and carbon black pulp to polyurethane waterproofing coating 1%.
