酒钢1000 m~3高炉空料线停炉操作实践

摘要
对酒钢1 000 m~3高炉空料线停炉操作进行了总结。其主要经验是:停炉前做好准备工作,合理调整炉况;尽量使用大风量、高风温,缩短降料线的时间;控制好风压、风量和炉顶打水,控制顶温在400～550℃范围内,减少爆震,回收煤气,确保安全停炉。准确选择残铁口位置,并对放残铁操作进行探讨。
The paper summarizes the operation of drop line stop blast furnace in Jisco's 1 000 m~3 BF.The main experience is: prepare before stop the furnace,reasonably adjust the furnace condition; use as far as possible big air volume,high wind temperature,shorten the time of the drop feed line; good control of air pressure,air velocity and roof water,control the peak of temperature within the range of 400 ～ 550 ℃,reduce the detonation,recycle gas,ensure safe boiler stop.Choose the residual iron mouth position accurately,and to put the residual iron operation were discussed.
