电磁搅拌对中碳钢碳偏析的影响研究

摘要
依据320 mm×425 mm断面中碳钢大方坯的试验数据,研究不同电磁搅拌工艺参数对连铸坯碳偏析的影响,探讨在不同工况下碳偏析的形成机理。结果表明,同时使用结晶器电磁搅拌和末端电磁搅拌与末端电磁搅拌上移,等轴晶率是未使用电磁搅拌的2. 46倍,而且能够改善铸坯柱状晶与等轴晶间过渡区域的正偏析和中心区域负偏析;只使用末端电磁搅拌,等轴晶率是未使用末端电磁搅拌的1. 27倍,而对于铸坯柱状晶与等轴晶间过渡区域的正偏析和中心区域负偏析,并不一定总能起到改善作用,有时甚至会加剧偏析程度;末端电磁搅拌的工艺参数和位置对中心区域负偏析有影响。
        According to the test data of carbon steel blooms with 320 mm × 425 mm section,the effects of carbon segregation on continuous casting blooms under different electromagnetic stirring process parameters were studied,and the formation mechanism of carbon segregation under different working conditions was discussed. The results show that the simultaneous use of the mold electromagnetic stirring and the final-end electromagnetic stirring,and the up-shifting of the end electromagnetic stirring,the equiaxed crystal ratio is 2. 46 times of that without electromagnetic stirring,and can improve the positive segregation of the columnar crystal and the equiaxed intergranular transition zone and the negative segregation of the central region.; the equiaxed crystal ratio using only the final-end electromagnetic stirring is 1. 27 times of that without final-end electromagnetic stirring,and it is not always possible to improve the positive segregation of the columnar crystal and the equiaxed intergranular transition zone and the negative segregation of the central region,and sometimes even increases the degree of segregation; the process parameters and position of the final-end electromagnetic electromagnetic stirring have an effect on the negative segregation in the central region.
