摘要

地方本科高校依据自身办学定位,以培养应用型人才为目标,以服务区域经济社会发展为依托,通过改革不断创新实现转型发展。以地方本科高校为研究对象,以应用型人才培养为切入点,深入分析应用型人才培养的教学模式,结合区域经济社会发展对人才具备能力的要求,探讨如何创新应用型人才培养教学模式,切实提高应用型人才培养质量。
        Local undergraduate universities constantly achieve transformational development through reform and innovation and focus on serving the regional economic and social development based on their own school-running orientation and aiming at cultivating applied talents. This paper makes a deep analysis on the teaching model of cultivating applied talents in local undergraduate universities by taking the application of applied talents as the starting point, and explores the teaching model of cultivating innovate applied talents for effectively improving the cultivation quality of applied talents in view of the requirements of regional economic and social development on talents' abilities.
