摘要
目的:评价运用Opalescence Boost诊室美白系统漂白四环素牙的疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月就诊的30例四环素牙患者,运用Opalescence美白系统行四环素牙漂白术。用Vita lescence美学修复比色板记录治疗前后色阶,评价美白治疗效果,同时对漂白术后患者敏感程度进行记录并分析。结果:30例四环素牙患者全部有效,有效率为100%。5例轻度患者显效率100%,13例中度患者显效率69.23%,12例重度患者显效率8.33%。所有患者经美白治疗后均出现轻中度牙齿敏感症状,但1周后症状均消失或略有轻微不适感。结论:Opalescence诊室美白系统对轻中度四环素牙,尤其是轻度四环素牙脱色明显,对重度四环素牙疗效不佳。
        Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Opalescence Boost whitening system on the tetracycline-stained teeth. Methods: The application of Opalescence whitening system to tetracycline-stained teeth was observed in 30 patients who attended the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016. The color levels before and after treatment were recorded with Vita lescence aesthetic repair shade guide to evaluate the whitening effect. Meanwhile, the sensitivity of patients after bleaching was recorded and analyzed. Results: The system was 100% effective in treating the 30 patients with tetracycline-stained teeth. The marked response rates of 5 mild cases, 13 moderate cases, and 12 severe cases were 100%, 69.23%, and 8.33%, respectively. All patients showed mild to moderate tooth sensitivity symptoms after whitening treatment, but the symptoms disappeared or lessened in a week. Conclusion:The Opalescence whitening system is effective in treating mild to moderate tetracycline-stained teeth, especially in mild cases. For severe tetracycline-stained teeth, it is less effective.
