摘要
本文对辛置煤矿岩巷掘进工程采用光爆锚喷支护技术进行分析,确定了爆破参数、炮眼布置图和支护形式,阐述了施工实践应用过程中作业循环方式的选择、施工组织和施工管理及注意事项。实践效果表明该技术能提高掘进速度,控制掘进顶板事故,降低了作业人员的工作强度,有着较好的经济效益。
This paper analyzes the application of photoblasting bolt and shotcrete support technology in Xinzhi Coal Mine rock roadway excavation project, determines the blasting parameters, perforation layout and support form, and expounds the selection of operation cycle mode, construction organization, construction management and matters needing attention in the construction practice and application process. The practical results show that the technology can improve the tunneling speed, control the tunneling roof accidents, reduce the working intensity of operators, and has good economic benefits.
