摘要
目的优化多花黄精中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法采用U_(10)(10~8)均匀设计,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数、提取温度、固液比为考察因素,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,对多花黄精提取工艺进行可视化分析。结果除提取次数外,乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度及固液比对多花黄精中总黄酮的含量均有影响。最佳提取工艺范围为:乙醇浓度50%~70%,提取温度50~60℃,提取时间140~150 min,提取2次,固液比1∶14~1∶18。结论可视化分析可用于优化多花黄精中总黄酮的提取工艺。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.Methods U_(10)(10~8) uniform design was used. The factors of investigation were ethanol concentration, extraction duration, extraction times, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio. The content of flavonoids was analyzed by visualization analysis. Results Except for extraction times, the content of flavonoids was all affected by ethanol concentration, extraction duration, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio. The best technological parameters for extracting were: ethanol concentration 50%–70%, extraction temperature 50–60 ℃, extraction duration 140–150 min,extract 2 times, solid-liquid ratio 1:14–1:18. Conclusion The visualization analysis can be used to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
