摘要
人才培养是一个复杂的系统工程,其核心是创新意识和创新能力的培养。笔者对化工及相关专业的人才培养及化工基础实验教学现状进行分析,找出目前化工基础实验教学存在的问题,并提出改进方法,以期提高化工基础实验教学水平和人才培养质量。
Talent cultivation is complicated system engineering.The core is the cultivation of the innovative consciousness and the creative ability.The authors have analyzed the talent cultivation status of chemical engineering and relative major and the teaching status of basic chemical engineering experimental curriculum.We have found out the problems of teaching and put forward the improving methods,aiming to enhance the teaching level of basic chemical engineering experimental curriculum and to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
