摘要
<正>牙周病(periodontal disease)是由牙菌斑微生物及其代谢产物作用下引起牙齿支持组织的慢性破坏性感染性疾病,是导致成人口腔牙缺失的主要原因。动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)及其相关疾病如冠心病、脑中风等心脑血管疾病是严重危害人类健康的常见病,目前在世界范围内有很高的发病率及死亡率[2]。目前,大多数学者认为AS的形成是各种损伤因子致动脉壁内皮功能障碍后产生的过
