论冷战后中国外交战略的调整与发展

摘要
冷战后,中国外交经受了国际风云变幻的严峻考验,逐渐走向成熟和自信,取得了巨大的成就。随着国际形势的变化和国家发展战略的转变,中国外交战略从"韬光养晦,有所作为"、"和平发展",逐渐发展为"中国特色大国外交"。外交战略的调整和发展,为中国特色社会主义建设创造了良好的国际环境,提升了中国的国际地位。
Since the end of the cold war, China's diplomacy has withstood the severe test of the changing international situation, gradually grown mature and confident, and made great achievements. With the change of the international situation and national development strategy, China's diplomatic strategy has gradually developed from "hiding its strength and biding its time, making some achievements" and "peaceful development" to "major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics". The adjustment and development of diplomatic strategies have created a favorable international environment for building socialism with Chinese characteristics and elevated China's international standing.
