全通径无级滑套研制及应用

摘要
水平井分段压裂是低渗致密油气资源有效开发的必要手段。由于储层致密物性差,需要更多的分段数来动用储量和释放产能。目前常规工具分段数有限,储层充分改造难度大,制约了低渗致密油气藏高效开发。采用"机械式啮合、唯一性匹配"的设计理念,研发了一种集成无限级、全通径、可开关、管柱一体化功能的新型滑套,研制了用于滑套关闭及重复开启的配套工具,建立了滑套工作可靠性模拟评价系统,通过400余组开启及逾1500 m~3砂冲蚀的检验,现场成功应用1188段,施工成功率100%。与同类不限级压裂技术相比,压裂施工时间缩短40%以上、作业成本可缩短50%;与常规压裂工艺井相比,气井测试产量提高60%,且实现了长水平段井生产测井,为油气藏经济高效开发、便捷生产管理提供了一种全新的技术手段。
        Multistage fracturing in horizontal wells is a necessary means for the effective development of oil and gas resources in tight reservoirs. Because of the tightness and poor physical properties of the reservoirs,more stage frac is needed to tap reserves. An innovative sliding sleeve has been developed based on the design concept of mechanical meshing and unique matching,integrating infinity,full bore,switchable and integral pipe string. The matching on/off tool is also developed,and reliability evaluation system set up. It has been turned on/off over 400 times,flushed by over 1500 m~3 sands,used to frac in 1188 sections with 100% success. Compared with other counterparts,fracturing time saved over 40%, operation cost saved over50%. The tested production has been increased by 60%. It provides a new technical means for the economic and efficient development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.
