摘要
正确认识工程施工项目"质量、成本、工期"三大目标的相互关系,在施工中严格掌握、控制,是施工企业能够取得较好经济效益的根本保证。秉承"品质保障、价值创造"的核心价值观,坚持"低成本运营,高品质管理"的战略部署,以"全员、全要素、全过程和全方位成本管控"为重点,立足项目实际,结合住宅类项目特点,探讨项目部低成本运营在住宅类项目精细化管理中的应用。
Correct understanding of the relationship among the three major objectives of engineering construction project"quality,cost and time limit"and strict control in construction are the fundamental guarantee for construction enterprises to achieve better economic benefits. Adhering to the core values of"quality assurance and value creation",adhering to the strategic deployment of"low-cost operation and high-quality management",focusing on"full staff,all elements,the whole process and all-round cost control",this paper discusses the application of low-cost operation of project department in fine management of residential projects based on project reality and combining with the characteristics of residential projects.
