摘要
为了适应现代化薄煤层煤矿无轨辅助运输的生产需要,开发设计了一种适用于巷道高度2 m左右的薄煤层无轨胶轮车。该车型整车高度1550 mm,采用平推自卸车厢,前后车架中央铰接,由防爆柴油机、进气系统、排气系统、冷却系统组成的防爆动力系统,液力-机械传动,四轮驱动,安全失效型行车制动系统和二合一的紧急与停车制动系统。该车型具有安全、高效的特点,可满足薄煤层煤矿无轨辅助运输的要求。
In order to meet the production needs of trackless auxiliary transportation in modern thin coal seam coal mines, a thin coal seam trackless rubber tire vehicle suitable for roadway height of about 2 m is developed and designed. The vehicle has a height of 1550 mm and is equipped with a flat-pushing dump truck. The front and rear frames are hinged at the center. The explosion-proof power system consists of explosion-proof diesel engine, intake system, exhaust system and cooling system. Hydraulic-mechanical transmission, four-wheel drive, safety-deactivated service brake system and 2-in-1 emergency and parking brake system. The model is safe and efficient, and can meet the requirements of trackless auxiliary transportation in thin coal seam coal mines.
